BPS Returns Policy
BPS is committed to making any returns or exchanges as hassle free as possible.
All items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, store credit, or exchanged for other product. In instances of incorrect or defective items, we'll also happily reimburse the return shipping costs as a result of our error.
Please contact us directly with your order information to begin the return/refund/exchange process. In most cases you return can be processed quickly. Please allow for transit time receiving your return back (5 to 10 business days), any bank related reimbursement time, and shipping of exchanged product back to you if that route is taken.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
We can ship to any address in the Continental United States. For International order inquiries please Contact Us as some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. We solely use USPS First Class and Priority Mail services.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of USPS, some items may automatically be bumped up to Priority Mail.
